Muchas veces uno va por la vida creyendo que ayudando a los m\u00e1s cercanos la tarea est\u00e1 cumplida, sin embargo al conocer la hermosa\u00a0obra que realiza MISI\u00d3N SOLIDARIA \u00c1FRICA, he tenido la oportunidad de conocer personas maravillosas y fraternas, abrir m\u00e1s mis horizontes y sentir el llamado que Cristo nos hace para verlo a \u00e9l en los m\u00e1s necesitados y trabajar por ellos en forma concreta. En lo m\u00e1s profundo de mi coraz\u00f3n, el ser parte de MSA, me permite retribuir \u00a0todos los tesoros que el Se\u00f1or me ha regalado, valorar los medios que tenemos en nuestro pa\u00eds para educar, y en particular en mi \u00e1rea, la educaci\u00f3n Parvularia. A trav\u00e9s de las jornadas que hemos tenido, he ido conociendo m\u00e1s la realidad del pueblo africano, sus carencias, pero tambi\u00e9n sus fortalezas y es por ello que soy una convencida que es mucho lo que los voluntarios podemos aportar, en materia de salud, liderazgo y fundamentalmente educaci\u00f3n, pues esto \u00faltimo es lo que permite a los pa\u00edses avanzar con seguridad. Es gratificante ser parte de un grupo diverso en personalidades y profesiones, pero movido por un mismo esp\u00edritu, el de Jesucristo.<\/p>\n

En Diciembre del presente a\u00f1o comienza una nueva misi\u00f3n en Mozambique para nuestro grupo de MSA, integrada por\u00a0 5 voluntarios, de la cual y porque el Se\u00f1or as\u00ed los dispuso, ser\u00e9 parte. Evidentemente son muchos los temores que uno tiene, sin embargo en lo personal lo que m\u00e1s me inquieta es el idioma, herramienta fundamental para poder entregar mi trabajo,\u00a0 pero tengo fe de que todo saldr\u00e1 bien si colmamos nuestro trabajo del Esp\u00edritu Santo.\u00a0\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 temer?… creo que lo que uno recibe es inmenso y maravilloso.<\/p>\n

Ser parte de MSA y viajar por un mes a Mozambique, es un regalo que recibo con mucha humildad y significa para m\u00ed una posibilidad concreta de agradecer al Se\u00f1or por los dones que me dio y desde mi profesi\u00f3n realizar un servicio misionero en aquella Iglesia local y colaborar al bien com\u00fan de la sociedad, como lo describe en sus escritos el Padre Alberto Hurtado.<\/p>\n

Muitas vezes, acredita-se que ajudando os que vivem mais de perto, torna a nossa miss\u00e3o cumprida. Mas quando se tem a possibilidade de conhecer a maravilhosa obra que MSA faz, d\u00e1-nos a oportunidade de conhecer pessoas maravilhosas e am\u00e1veis; e faz-nos abrir mais os horizontes e sentir o chamamento que Cristo nos faz, para reconhece-lO nos mais necessitados e trabalhar por eles de forma concreta.<\/p>\n

Desde o mais profundo do meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o, creio que ser parte de MSA, permite-me retribuir todos os tesouros que o Senhor me tem oferecido, valorizar os meios que temos no nosso pa\u00eds para educar, e em particular na minha profiss\u00e3o de educadora de crian\u00e7as. Atrav\u00e9s dos encontros que realizamos, conhe\u00e7o mais a realidade do povo africano, suas necessidades, mas tamb\u00e9m suas fortalezas. Estou convencida que os volunt\u00e1rios podem contribuir muito no \u00e2mbito da sa\u00fade, da lideran\u00e7a e fundamentalmente na educa\u00e7\u00e3o. De facto, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o que permite os pa\u00edses avan\u00e7arem com seguran\u00e7a. \u00c9 gratificante ser parte de um grupo de diversas personalidades e profiss\u00f5es, movido por um mesmo esp\u00edrito, aquele de Jesus Cristo.<\/p>\n

No pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas de Dezembro inicia-se uma nova miss\u00e3o em Mo\u00e7ambique para o nosso grupo de volunt\u00e1rios. Est\u00e3o integradas 5 pessoas. Se o Senhor assim o quiser, farei parte dessa Expedi\u00e7\u00e3o. Evidentemente s\u00e3o muitos os medos que tenho. Mas o que mais me inquieta \u00e9 o novo idioma, ferramenta fundamental para poder realizar o trabalho. Tenho f\u00e9 de que tudo sair\u00e1 bem se soubermos confiar o nosso trabalho ao Esp\u00edrito Santo. Porque temer? O que se recebe em troca \u00e9 imenso e maravilhoso.<\/p>\n

Ser parte de MSA e poder viajar por um m\u00eas a Mo\u00e7ambique \u00e9 um presente que acolho com muita humildade. Isso significa para mim, uma possibilidade concreta de agradecer ao Senhor pelos dons recebidos e partindo da minha<\/i> profiss\u00e3o poder realizar um servi\u00e7o mission\u00e1rio naquela Igreja local e colaborar ao bem comum da sociedade, como nos diz nos seus escritos o Santo P. Alberto Hurtado.<\/p>\n

MSA-News: The first-hand story of a volunteer preparing to travel to Africa.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cA profession should not only be a means for making a living, but also the exercise of a social mission\u201d (St. Alberto Hurtado).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many times one goes through life thinking that by helping those nearby one has fulfilled their obligations.\u00a0 However, in learning about the fine work of MISI\u00d3N SOLIDARIA \u00c1FRICA (MSA. Solidarity Mission Africa). I have had the opportunity to meet amazing people, expand my horizons, and feel Christ calling us to see Him in the most needy and to work for these people in concrete ways.<\/p>\n

Deep in my heart, I know that being part of MSA has allowed me to pay back the many blessings that the Lord has given me, to appreciate the means we have in our country to educate, especially in the area of kindergarten.\u00a0 Through the sessions we have had, we learn more about the realities of the African people, their needs, and their strengths, and that is why I am convinced we volunteers can contribute a lot in the fields of health, leadership, and basic education.\u00a0 The latter is what enables countries to progress with confidence.\u00a0 It is satisfying being part of a group of diverse personalities and professions, all motivated by the same spirit, the spirit of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

In December of this year a new mission will begin in Mozambique for our MSA group, comprising 5 volunteers, of which, by the grace of our Lord, I will be a member.\u00a0 Obviously there are many fears one has, however for me personally what worries me the most is the language, a fundamental tool for my work, but I have faith that all will turn out well if we fill our work with the Holy Ghost.\u00a0 Why fear? What one receives is grand and amazing.<\/p>\n

Being part of MSA, and traveling for a month in Mozambique is a gift I receive with great humility.\u00a0 To me it represents a chance to thank our Lord for the many blessings He has given me and to professionally contribute through missionary service to the local Church and collaborate to the common societal good, as Father Alberto Hurtdao describes in his writings.<\/p>\n
